Born on the western bicultural borderland of Baja California, Mexico, Tecate® was originally created in 1944 to be the perfect thirst quencher for the miners working in the area. We are still proudly brewed in our namesake town of Tecate, using the same high quality recipe. Tecate® Original is a full-bodied lager with a refreshing crisp malt flavor and a pleasant aftertaste – the way a Mexican cerveza should be. 4.5% ABV

Aroma is malty with strong, dank, piney hops. Very enticing! Flavor is bitter and caramel malty, with a piney citrus hop body shining through. Finishes sweet, tangy and a little dry. Mouthfeel is well carbonated even after the swallow as the carbonic prickle lingers. 6.5% ABV

Juicy hops and silky malt meet in a Hazy Little Thing with fruit-forward flavor, modest bitterness, and a smooth finish. 6.7%

Brooklyn Bel Air Sour is full of surprises. Our sour ale starts up with bright notes of tropical fruit yet finishes crisp and gently tart. It’s a trip that’s laid back, breezy, and completely refreshing. 5.8% ABV

Like a campfire in a glass, this robust beauty has seductive notes of vanilla, smoked cedar, and mulling spices. A dark pour with mild lacing, she is a rollercoaster of lush chocolate diving into a semi-dry finish of roasted malt and biscuit. 5.6% ABV

Our most popular beer, Apricot Blonde is a Colorado icon that combines a refreshing blonde ale with the wonders of apricots. Made with pureed apricots, pale malts and a kiss of hops, this orange-hued quaffer has aromas of fresh apricots, flavors of light malt and more apricot, and a subtle sweetness followed by an “I want more” finish. Another Dry Dock repeat medalist, Apricot Blonde is a hit with those who dig artful light ales and the deft use of real fruit in a fine beer. 5.1% ABV

COLETTE is our homage to the saisons that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, COLETTE is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats — a beer as refreshing as it is complex. 6.5% ABV

A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache. 6.2% ABV

While sipping mimosas on a Sunday afternoon, our Wood Cellar Blender, Lauren Limbach, was gifted a new foeder (large oak barrel) that she aptly named Dominga—a play on the Spanish word for Sunday. The first beer she created from that barrel was a mimosa-inspired golden sour called “Dominga: Goddess of Brunch.” Now we are excited to introduce the cocktail-inspired version, Dominga Grapefruit Paloma. Inspired by the classic cocktail of Mexico, Dominga packs a refreshing combo of bright grapefruit and lime flavors, along with agave and a pinch of salt. 8.0% ABV

90 Shilling is our smooth and complex flagship beer. A medium-bodied amber ale with a distinct burnished copper color and a deeply pleasant aroma. The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. We think you’ll find this original ale brilliantly refreshing, and worth every Shilling. 5.3% ABV

The Colorado Kölsch is a derivative of the German Kölsch. It is a light and crisp ale with a hint of fruitiness. 4.8% ABV

Originally brewed to celebrate our first anniversary in 1997, Stone IPA was an immediate hit and soon became the flagship beer of our young brewery. One of the most well-respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with tropical, citrusy, piney hop flavors and aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. Over time, we stepped up the dry-hopping process to extract every bit of magic out of the amazing hops we use. This beer is as bold, fresh and flavorful today as it was back in '97. 6.9% ABV
